    Sarah Theisen grew up in St. Cloud, MN where her home and studio now reside. She attended the College of St. Benedict and graduated Cum Laude with a double major in Art education and Studio Art with an emphasis in painting and printmaking.

    Sarah has been in both group shows and juried exhibitions throughout Minnesota and has pieces in both public and private collections. Sarah was recently named a 2012 emerging artist along with seven other artists by the Altered Esthetics Solo Exhibition Program.

    Sarah is currently in her fifth year of teaching and in her second consecutive year of teaching middle school art in Eden Prairie, MN. Sarah has an unmatched passion for art and aspires to pass her enthusiasm to future generations. She enjoys teaching and is extremely inspired by the fresh perspective her students reveal on a daily basis.
